State Route 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo <br />The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also <br />apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br />1. A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br />submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br />system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to <br />issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The <br />fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br />NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br />dated April 6, 2022 that has been approved. <br />2. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br />standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. It shall be demonstrated that all septic tanks <br />associated with the parcel are connected to a leach field that meets San Joaquin County onsite <br />wastewater treatment system standards. It is unclear if the sewage remained independent from <br />the Process Wastewater Pretreatment Plant. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1110.9) <br />3. Destroy any abandoned monitoring well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br />Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-601.020(e). <br />4. The leach field to the north is on another parcel (septic permit 05446 or 80-216). The leach field <br />shall be abandoned and replaced so that it meets setbacks to property lines and all other San <br />Joaquin County onsite wastewater treatment system standards, or an easement created to allow <br />for the continued use of the leach field on the neighboring parcel. (San Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1110.9) <br />5. The existing disposal field areas of the sewage disposal systems shall be barricaded such that it <br />cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This disposal field area must be <br />used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br />Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-605.010(c)(3)(5)) <br />6. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br />number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br />1868 E.
