State Route 99 Frontage Rd, Acampo <br />The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br />may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br />A soil suitability and nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use <br />shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is <br />suitable for septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental <br />Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). The fee will be based on the current schedule <br />at the time of payment. <br />NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading <br />Study dated April 6, 2022 that has been approved. <br />2. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite wastewater treatment systems <br />standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. It shall be demonstrated that all septic <br />tanks associated with the parcel are connected to a leach field that meets San Joaquin <br />County onsite wastewater treatment system standards. It is unclear if the sewage <br />remained independent from the Process Wastewater Pretreatment Plant. (San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Section 9-1110.9) <br />3. The leach field to the north is on another parcel (septic permit 05446 or 80-216). The <br />leach field shall be abandoned and replaced so that it meets setbacks to property lines <br />and all other San Joaquin County onsite wastewater treatment system standards, or an <br />easement created to allow for the continued use of the leach field on the neighboring <br />parcel. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.9) <br />4. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or <br />the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water <br />system will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County <br />Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.) <br />1868 E.
