LANDSCAPING : Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following : <br /> 1 . This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations , Title 23 , Division 2 , Chapter 2 . 7 . <br /> 2 . A minimum 10 -foot-wide landscaped strip along East Clarksdale Road and North State Route 99 <br /> Frontage Road respecting the ultimate right- of-way width of East Clarksdale Road and North State <br /> Route 99 Frontage Road , shall be installed across the frontage of the project site . This screening shall be <br /> between 6 and 8 feet in height . Items stored within 100 feet of a public street shall not be stacked <br /> higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen . The Fire Prevention Division has reviewed this application and there does not appear to be any <br /> major problems associated with the proposed project as submitted . <br /> 2 . CFC 507 Fire Protection Water Supply - Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided for the proposed <br /> project by the use of : CFC Appendix B . <br /> 3 . If Fire Protection Systems are required they shall be installed according to the CFC , Chapter 9 <br /> and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code <br /> and the California Electrical Code . <br /> 4 .
