If an underground storage tank (UST) system will be installed, a permit is required <br /> to be submitted to, and approved by, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) before any UST installation work can begin. <br /> ii. Additionally, an EHD UST permit to operate is required once the approved UST <br /> system is installed. <br /> e. Storage of at least 1,320 gallons of petroleum aboveground or any amount of petroleum <br /> stored below grade in a vault—Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program (HSC Sections <br /> 25270.6 & 25270 et sec.). <br /> i. Spill Prevention, Countermeasures and Control (SPCC) Plan requirement <br /> f. Threshold quantities of regulated substances stored onsite - California Accidental <br /> Release Prevention (CaIARP) Program (Title 19, Section 2735.4 & HSC Section 25531 et <br /> sec.). <br /> L Risk Management Plan requirement for covered processes. <br />
