On November 12, 2015, as requested by the operator, the Forward Landfill had been granted an emergency waiver to <br />allow the landfill to receive waste on Sunday and to suspend types of wastes accepted at the landfill so that the landfill <br />can accept burnt debris from the Butte fire. <br />2. Cover consists of soil and tarps. <br />3. The falconer has been on site. <br />4. The concentration of explosive gas in GP -11 R, 12R, and 28 is 0% by volume. <br />5. According to operator, Friday October 23, 2015 was the last day for the cannery waste this season. <br />6. All records are up to date. <br />
