Cover is made of tarps and soil. <br />2. There are 3 light towers at the active face. <br />3. According to the operator, falconer has been on site since October 1, 2014. <br />4. No ponding is observed at time of inspection. The top deck of FU -04 through FU -08 is not accessible due to rain and <br />slippery road condition. <br />5. Street sweeper is used on Austin Road. <br />6. Tracinator (wheel wash basin) is operational. <br />7. It was raining at time of inspection. Concentration of explosive gas at the boundary is not taken due to rain. <br />8. All records are up to date. <br />
