The existing 21,385 square foot building and the existing 8,040 square foot building <br />will be used for storage accessory to the truck parking operation. The site will utilize an onsite retention pond for storm <br />drainage, an onsite septic system for sewer service, and an onsite well for water. Access to the site will be from a driveway <br />on the north side of E. Clarksdale Road.
