The state confirmed that repackaging the medical waste does not release Sutter from meeting the section 117975 of the medical waste management act. The flow chart I received shows generator classification changing from Sutter to Daniels to/or Waste Management. Please update the flow chart clearly showing Sutter Health as the sole generator of the medical waste removed from Sutter's sites.
