Grant Line <br /> Rd., Tracy, CA 95377 on April 19, 2019 regarding the following violation: <br /> 23. Biohazard bag does not meet the standards set forth in HSC 117630. Ensure that the biohazard bag is a red <br /> disposable film bag that is in pervious to moisture and tear resistant. <br /> On April 23, 2019, Biohazard bags that meet the ASTM D— 1709 and the ASTM D— 1922 standard were <br /> purchased. The biohazard bags were received on April 25, 2019. <br /> Please see the attached documents that include the following: <br /> 1. Purchase and Receiving Order of the Biohazard bags. <br /> 2. Purchase order details that include the description and picture of the biohazard bags that meet the ASTM D— <br /> 1709 and the ASTM D— 1922 standard. <br /> 3.
