Spill was contained with absorbent. Spill went from the east side of the road at <br />221 S. Acacia Avenue to the corner at Second Street. Clean-up has been completed by PSC. <br />PG&E to provide PCB analytical results and final disposal records for waste generated to SJC EHD. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
