SANAAQUIN <br />iT —COUNTY--- <br />Greatness grows here <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: <br />Time Out: <br /> <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: PG&E Date: 03/05/2022 <br />Address: 221 S ACACIA AVE, RIPON <br />Owner/Operator: CITY OF RIPON PUBLIC WORKS Telephone: (209) 599-2108 <br />Program Element: 2546 - RELEASE/SPILL RESPONSE (EXCLUDING JOINT TEAM) Complaint #: C00750KJL <br />Responsible Party Contact: ALEX STEELE <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />Tree hit power lines and pole causing pole mounted transformer to release approximately 46 gallons of mineral oil. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Approximately 46 gallons of non-PCB mineral oil was released onto the street when a tree hit a pole mounted transformer. <br />No waterways or storm drains were impacted. Spill was contained with absorbent. Spill went from the east side of the road at <br />221 S. Acacia Avenue to the corner at Second Street. Clean-up has been completed by PSC. <br />PG&E to provide PCB analytical results and final disposal records for waste generated to SJC EHD. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
