Clean and maintain fan covers <br />as needed. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. Clean and sanitize the ice <br />scoop and store in a cleanable container with handle facing upward.
