Employee Name <br /> — 1 container <br /> *The requirements for Materials of Trade(MOT),which allows the transport of medical waste in limited quantities,can <br /> be found in Title 49-Code of Federal Regulations(49 CFR)-Part 176.6. <br /> *The Medical Waste Management Act(MWMA), Section 117946 specifies how the MOT applies in California. <br /> Section 117946 limits the quantity of medical waste to 32.5 pounds and requires that the receiving facility maintain a <br /> log of documenting the transportation of waste under the exemption.
