The CSD recommends not having a driveway off of Central Pkwy. <br /> One driveway access off of Stockyard Drive should be sufficient <br /> for the Trail access parking lot. <br /> 2. The trash enclosure is located in a spot that would be difficult for a <br /> garbage truck to service. If the receptacles are totes, they need to <br /> be in a spot where the truck can pull in, and extend the "grabber" <br /> and continue on. In this layout, the driveway doesn't offer a <br /> bypass to go around and exit without entering into the garage. The <br /> same can be true if there is a dumpster. Backing out of the (one- <br /> way) drive would be difficult and risky. If they are totes, is it <br /> possible to have an enclosure near Stockyard Dr. provide a cut- <br /> out spot along Stockyard Dr. for the fire staff to roll them out? Not <br /> much can be done if it is a dumpster except to place the enclosure <br /> on the initial leg of the drive before the turn. <br /> 3. The drive at the rear of the building as it approaches the garage <br /> can be expanded.
