Please note the following responses to the cited code violations at the Delta Blood <br />Bank site located at 2888 West March Lane Stockton, CA. <br />Medical Waste Inspection Report <br />Citation: No current Medical Waste Management Plan (MWMP) onsite. (HSC 117935) <br />Response: A copy of the plan is maintained onsite. Delta Blood Bank's Medical Waste <br />Management Plan has been forwarded to the department. <br />Hazardous Waste Inspection Report <br />Citation: Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. Copper sulfate is not being <br />handled as a hazardous waste and no determination was made to consider it non- <br />hazardous. (Title 22, CCR, Section 66262.11) <br />Response: Copper sulfate solution used by Delta Blood Bank was submitted for 96 -hour bioassay <br />and Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration (STLC) testing.
