<br />enclosed please find data submission guidelines which specify the information now n=eeded
<br />to allow annual waste handling local approval and permits where applicable.
<br />Based upon the information supplied, the applicability of local permit requirements will
<br />be assessed. Where regulated wastes are handled ?4 r ) processed, an annual permit will be
<br />required for which a minimal fee will be applied.
<br />In some cases, the amount of data required is greater than that required in prior years.
<br />In subsequent annual applications, reference to this year's data, and itemization of
<br />changes only, will streamline future application processes.
