Fairmont Ave., Lodi, CA <br />On 4-10-86 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced premise. <br />The inspection identified the following violations of Title 22 California <br />Administrative Code: <br />1. Improper disposal of infectious waste in your surgery room, only using one <br />bag. Provide double bagging of all infectious waste as required in the ° <br />regulations. <br />2. Improper disposal of the waste water generated from your cart wash/sanitizing <br />procedure, going.into the.storm system. Correct by draining to a sewer line. <br />3. The carts used to collect infectious waste containers do not have smooth, <br />impervious, easily cleanable bottoms. Provide an approved material for the <br />bottoms of the carts. <br />4.
