Fairmont Ave., Lodi, CA <br />On 4-10-86 an inspection was conducted at the above referenced premise. <br />The inspection identified the following violations of Title 22 California <br />Administrative Code: <br />1. Improper disposal of infectious waste in your surgery room, only using one <br />bag. Provide double bagging of all infectious waste as required in the ° <br />regulations. <br />2. Improper disposal of the waste water generated from your cart wash/sanitizing <br />procedure, going.into the.storm system. Correct by draining to a sewer line. <br />3. The carts used to collect infectious waste containers do not have smooth, <br />impervious, easily cleanable bottoms. Provide an approved material for the <br />bottoms of the carts. <br />4. Infectious waste handling procedure will need to be updated to include any <br />changes from above listed violations. <br />The above listed violations are to be corrected within thirty (30) days from the <br />date off this letter. <br />If you have any questions, contact James Miller, Senior Sanitarian of my Staff <br />at 209-466-6781, Extension 81. <br />Jogi Khanna, M.D., M.P.H. <br />District Health Officer <br />C.
