Box 2009 _ <br />Stockton, CA 95201 <br />Dear Doctor Williams: <br />In compliance with Title 22, Division S, Chapter 1, of the California <br />Administrative Code, Section 70847 indicates that your approvalis <br />required for Lodi. Memorial Hospital to dispose of infectious waste, <br />since we are not burning the waste. <br />Infectious waste is placed in plastic bags and put into our sealed <br />compactor.
