The tanks were <br /> moved couple year ago from south west of the facility to north east of the facility. <br /> -The site map does not list the location of the condensers water treatment chemicals. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to electronically update the HMBP within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection observered condenser water treatment chemicals including two 55 gallons <br /> barrels of Series 615, and two 35 gallons barrels of Chlor12.5.The business has not updated and submitted the <br /> information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> a) A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> c) A change of business or facility address <br /> d)Change business ownership <br /> e)Change of business name <br /> f)(1)A substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the <br /> business plan. <br /> (2)For the purpose of this subdivision, "substantial change" means any change in a facility that would inhibit <br /> immediate response during an emergency by either site personnel or emergency response personnel, or that could <br /> inhibit the handler's ability to comply with Section 25507 , change the operational knowledge of the facility, <br /> or impede implementation of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection.
