( A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for processing <br /> per Development Title Table 9 - 240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal <br /> description of the parcel to be offered for dedication . ) ( Development Title Section 9 - <br /> 1150 . 5 ) <br /> 9 ) The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards . Retention basins shall be fenced with six ( 6 ) foot high chain link <br /> fence or equal when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more . Required retention <br /> basin capacity shall be calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and <br /> approval , prior to release of grading permit . Prior to release of the grading permit , plans and calculations <br /> shall be submitted and approved by the Public Works Department — Water Resources <br /> Division ( 209 - 468 - 3605 ) : <br /> a ) Treatment : A registered professional engineer shall design the site to treat the 85th <br /> percentile storm as defined in the County ' s 2021 Storm Water Quality Control <br /> Criteria Plan ( SWQCCP ) . <br /> b ) Hydromodification : A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply <br /> with the volume reduction requirement outlined in the County ' s 2021 SWQCCP . <br /> c) Trash : A registered professional engineer shall design the site to comply with the <br /> trash control requirement outlined in the County ' s 2021 SWQCCP . <br />
