All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water heater is turned off during my inspection. All ware wash sinks ( 3 comp sink, prep sink and mop <br />sink) and all hand sinks have temp at 55F. Provide 120F or more to all ware wash sinks and 100F or more to all hand sinks <br />today. Corrected on site. <br />* Water heater is turned on and 3 comp sink, mop sink, prep sink, front hand sink and back hand sink are at 145F, 129F. <br />145F, 120F and 118F respectively.* <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: 1 D Bev Air reach in cooler/ under prep table, has sticky top lid. Clean surface today and as needed. <br />1 D cooler, at front counter, has food debris on bottom shelf. Clean surface today and as needed. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Drive thru window is not self closing and air curtain is not installed. Window is not easily opened <br />manually. Provide self closing window/ or install air curtain in 3 weeks. REPEATED VIOLATION. <br />Ice bin, at the drive thru area, has unsecured top lid. Secure lid in 2 weeks. <br />Walk in freezer has ice build up on light bulb cover, on the floor and on the unit ceiling panels. Repair unit in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175).
