All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: Ware wash sink/ Hand sink is lacking paper towels and soap. Clean and sanitize the scoop and the bin today. Store scoop in <br />clean bin when not in use. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. Ware wash sink is <br />showing build up all over its surface. Remove items, clean and sanitize the ware wash sink compartments and its drain <br />boards today. <br />I could not verify the availability of chlorine test strips on site. Provide chlorine test strips in 3 days. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities.
