All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be connected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#1 Pool Gates <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool gate does not self -latching everytime. Provide self-closing and self -latching gate. Corrected on <br />site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Gates and doors leading into the pool area shall be equipped with self-closing self -latching devices. <br />Self -latching devices shall be designed to keep the gate or door securely closed. Gates and doors shall open outward from the pool area <br />except where otherwise prohibited bylaw. (CBC 31198) Pool operator shall keep gates and doors leading into the pool area well <br />maintained. (CCR65535) <br />#3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Some of the label fading. Relabel so sign is legible, and post both CPR sign and address and pool <br />capacity on the inside of the pool. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 31208) <br />#13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: CYA >100 PPM. Reduce to below 100 ppm. This is a repeat violation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm. (CCR 65527) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Skimmer dirty. Clean. This is a repeat. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
