Date: 06/25/2023 <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On-site to witness the following: <br />-Primary piping soap test on the replaced penetrations in UDC 5/6 and 7/8. <br />-Secondary containment testing on UDC 5/6 and 7/8. <br />Upon EHD's arrival, service technicians were pumping water from the UDCs. According to the service technicians, <br />penetrations have been tested and a secondary containment test has been conducted on the UDCs prior to EHD's arrival. <br />They were not aware that EHD was going to be onsite to witness the testing. Reviewed test results and inspected the replaced <br />penetrations. All passed. <br />NOTE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
