Provide hand <br /> wash sinks with soap and paper towel dispensers that have hot and cold water available.The handwashing and food <br /> preparation sinks shall be separated from the warewashing sink or food preparation/storage areas by a metal splash <br /> guard, if separation is less than twenty-four(24)inches. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers.
