Within 72 <br /> hours of being provided a signed copy of the report,the owner or operator shall provide a description of each <br /> corrective action taken or to be taken and shall sign and date the report, acknowledging the identified compliance <br /> issues. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure all designated operator inspection reports are completed and signed within the <br /> required time frame in the future. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in 1/2, 3/4, 13/14, and 15/16. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The service technician removed liquid from the UDC 1/2, 3/4, 13/14, and 15/16 sump and <br /> returned the sensor to its proper location.
