Kettleman Ln , Lodi , CA 95240 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank ( UST) system at the above <br /> noted address : <br /> • repair the 91 drop tube with shut- off valve (flapper) — completed on 08/ 15/2023 <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire district , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new submittals supersede previous ones . <br /> 3 . Email notification to ustpsigov . orq to arrange the following inspection appointments . <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance . <br /> a . Verification of overfill prevention : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95 % tank volume shut <br /> off, verification of external audible/visual alarm activation when tank is 90 % full , or other <br /> approved method . Ensure that all pertinent tank charts and calculations are available for <br /> review at the time of inspection . <br /> b . Verification that ball float( s) , if installed , do not interfere with the installed flapper valve . <br /> The facility cannot receive fuel in the 91 tank prior to the EHD inspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must possess , or work under the direct <br /> and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site at all times while <br /> work is being performed who possesses , all of the following : <br /> • One of several permissible valid , current contractor licenses issued by the CSLB <br /> • A current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the ICC <br /> • A valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s ) of the component (s) being <br /> tested , or the developer of the testing equipment or test method (s ) being used <br /> 5 . Individuals working under the direct supervision of a qualified UST service technician must , at a <br /> minimum , be employed by the person with the CSLB license and possess all manufacturer <br /> certificates of training for the equipment on which they are working . <br /> 1868 E .
