SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> i , �V <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MANTECA LIQUOR&FOOD 890 N MAIN ST, MANTECA April 25, 2023 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 206 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e)Failure to submit and have a current UST Response Plan readily available on site. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of <br /> containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is <br /> repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> If the spill container can't be replaced immediately,there is a possibility that the[GRADE] UST system may be red <br /> tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
