Costco needs to provide documentation showing the tank installation and upgrades. Refer to the inspection report from 11/8/2022 for more information. The submitted document is a document discussing the plan of what will be done. It is a pre -project completion document and not post -project completion document discussing what has been completed in regards to the tank installation and upgrades. If you do not have a document discussing the tank installation and upgrades that have occurred, please provide a statement that documentation for monitoring and maintenance records will be maintained for at least 36 months moving forward. Bruno stated that that Jones Covey was not on site until 10/10/2022 to replace the drop tube. Does this mean the drop tube was not re-evaluated for functionality prior to being replaced on 10/10/2022? Bruno's email still does not explain how the drop tube was evaluated for functionality. If you cannot provide documentation of how the drop tubes were determined to be faulty, please provide a statement that documentation for monitoring and maintenance records will be maintained for at least 36 months moving forward. The 7/17/2023 6 month post installation secondary containment test is missing information in section 7 in the table for 87A Product Line but is marked as "pass".
