This is a new UDC and it <br />has a crack on the sump manometer fitting (photos attached). <br />We attempted to refill the brine and it leaked into the sump within approximately 10 minutes. This leak rate will not <br />allow us to leave the alarm in shutdown mode while we can submit for the required permit and return to complete the <br />repair. <br />Our technician will reprogram this sensor to "alarm only" mode temporarily, to allow time for us to obtain a permit, <br />order parts, schedule the repair. Currently our next availability to return an perform this repair is Thurs 11/30, but we <br />will aim for sooner. <br />I will call to discuss.
