Upload into
Flowtrac"
Completion Notes :
11 /13/23 : 11 . 13 . 23 JWB- Arrived on site , checked in with site & JF Dispatch . Performed analysis on L44 : Fuel Alarm -
D23/24 UDC Hydro & currently this alarm has all 87 & 91 Grade relays in shutdown . This has also caused Q2 : PLLD
Shutdown & Q2 : PLLD Gross Line Fail . This occurred whit someone trying to dispense after L44 : Fuel Alarm had caused
shutdown on VR2 . Performed troubleshooting on L44 Hydro sensor. Found reservoir low & some glycol liquid inside
UDC . Added approximately 32oz of Glycol to reservoir & there looks to be a fast leak rate . Found crack in Bravo
fiberglass under site glass UDC connection under fitting on factory fiberglass work. Will need to drain sump Glycol level
to under leak point , re-fiberglass , allow to cure , & bring back to appropriate level after fiberglass work completed .
Currently on site & unable to keep site out of shutdown with all sensors in normal operating positions . We may be able to
reach out to County to allow us to remove secondary sensor from shutdown to resume GDF operations until repair is
completed . There will be NO need to remove dispenser as it is the highest penetration closest to grade to get to inside
UDC . Prep work & one can of Bravo fiberglass compound should complete job . No Vapor or dispenser removal required .
JCG , Inc. was able to contact County & get setup adjusted approved for a two week timeline for repairs to be performed
& completed , & setup returned to normal configuration . The setup has been edited for L44 D23/24 UDC Secondary Hydro
Sensor removing Fuel/Open/Short alarm conditions to prevent all grades from shutting down . All fueling at site has
resumed & no shutdown alarms currently . I have made temporary repair over penetration to hopefully retain liquid until
fiberglass is fully repaired . Now VR2 showing All Functions Normal . Glycol level now stable from temporary patch & will
continue to monitor with site . If alarm occurs before fiberglass repair is made there will be no shutdowns . BRAVO
FIBERGLASS GLUE KIT REQUIRED . FIBERGLASS REPAIR WORK REQUIRED , ENTIRE SITE CURRENTLY IN
SHUTDOWN ,
11 /13/23 : 11 . 13 . 23_JWB- Arrived on site , checked in with site & JF Dispatch .
