Underground Storage Tank <br /> Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br /> 9. COMMENTS <br /> The 87A secondary vent line failed due to a cracked penetration inside of the vent box. The bottom of the 87A secondary <br /> vent line penetration is cracked and unable to hold pressure. Will need to prep the penetration and reapply glue. <br /> The vapor secondary line was unable to pass pressure testing. Testers attempted to find the leak but was unsuccessful. <br /> The vapor secondary line will need to be further troubleshot. <br /> All tests marked "Fail'and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br /> the COMMENTS section. <br /> Page 5of5 <br />
