While on site <br />today we installed new Franklin Fueling drop tubes for all tanks. Drop tubes were installed at or below 95% tank capacity. At <br />this time the new premium tank did not have fuel and the vapor recover piping was not plumbed in. Because of these reason <br />a drop tube and leak decay testing was not performed. We also assisted construction by installing two FE Petro Turbin motors <br />for new 91 tank, connected product and vapor return piping for 91 lines, and assisted with tracking down leaks from ELD <br />testing. By end of day the 91 Tank did not have fuel, 91 turbines still needed to be wired, all dispensers did not have power, <br />and vapor recovery line was still not plumbed in.
