Underground Storage Tank <br />Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br />9. COMMENTS <br />The 87A secondary vent line failed due to a cracked penetration inside of the vent box. The bottom of the 87A secondary <br />vent line penetration is cracked and unable to hold pressure. Will need to prep the penetration and reapply glue. <br />All tests marked "Fail" and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5of5 <br />
