The District Board of Health <br /> approved the UST permitting and fees at the District Board of Health meeting on December 16, 2021. <br /> Supplemental information may be found under`Meetings'www.washoecountv.aov/dboh <br /> The required annual permit is to ensure UST operators are maintaining compliance with Code of Federal <br /> Regulations Title 40 CFR, Part 280 through routine inspections from the WCHD, Environmental Health <br /> Services (EHS). All UST facilities will receive a monitoring and testing compliance audit and/or a <br /> minimum of one physical inspection annually. <br /> Please complete the Underground Storage Tank Annual Permit online application on the ACA (One <br /> Regional Licensing and Permits)website at www.onenv.us and pay the$875 permit fee. <br /> 1 <br /> If you do not have an account, you will need to create one. Detailed instructions on how to create an <br /> account and submit your application and payment can be found at www.washoecountv.aov/ustannual <br /> The deadline to submit the application and pay the $875 permit fee is December 14, 2022. After this <br /> date, a late fee of$100 will be assessed and the UST facility will be operating without a permit and <br /> enforcement actions may be taken. <br /> Once EHS receives your completed application and payment, you will receive a Permit to Operate from <br /> WCHD. Future annual invoices will be sent prior to the expiration of your permit.
