CE : <br /> All f employees .will immediately report any, suspected Hazardous materials spills. <br /> Determination of a hazardous spill will rest primarily with local and/or State Emergency Service <br /> agencies, Hospital Administrator, or the next person in the chain of command within the <br /> hospital and the hospital Safetyicer. There are four phases of this plan. The first phase <br /> involves activities th`nt would help to prevent spill. The second phase involves steps to <br /> pr pare in case of a �pill. The third phase, r instructions the employees to follow for a spill. <br /> Tha last phase is the recovery phase. <br /> 1.0 Mitigation Phase: The mitigation phase consists of those activities taken to prevent or <br /> j. lessen the impact of a potential spill.
