Submit photographic evidence of compliance for the label within 30 days. Submit evidence of training for ER staff on the proper segregation of pharm waste and sharps waste within 30 days. 25. Biohazard bag is not placed in a rigid container that is leak resistant,tightly lid,clean,in good repair and appropriately labeled. -Biohazardous waste shall be bagged and placed in a rigid container which is leak resistant,have tight-fitting cover,and be kept clean and in good repair. Container shall be labeled with the words`Biohazardous Waste"or"BIOHAZARD"on the lid and on the sides so as to be visible from any lateral direction.HSC 118280(c)-Biospy Room(bio container not properly labeled) and Hot Lab(bio container with an open lid and not properly labeled). Submit photographic evidence within 30 days. 30. The designated accumulation area is not secured or marked with proper signage. -A designated accumulation area shall be secured by use of locks on entry doors, gates,or receptacle lids and marked with warning sign,"CAUTION—BIOHAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE AREA—UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS KEEP OUT", in English and in another language determined to be appropriate by the infectious control staff or LEA.HSC118310-Submit photographic evidence of compliance within 30 days.
