I have been working with Bagley on this issue. The leak detector must be tested under normal operating procedures. The initial test was not completed under normal operating procedures since an isolation valve had to be used in order for the leak detector test to work. Bagley will be disconnecting and capping the line to the back-up boiler and then retesting the leak detector. Let me know if you have any questions.
