Contact the local fire department, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the <br />San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br />requirements. <br />2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Provide written notification to ustO <br />siQov.org to arrange the following appointments (a 48-hour <br />notice is required for inspection appointments). <br />a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the UDCs. Any potential leaks from <br />piping and fuel filters must drain directly into UDCs. <br />b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers <br />c. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to ensure <br />that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code <br />of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined that a cold start is <br />necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to performing the "cold <br />start" of the Veeder Root system and made available at the time of EHD inspection. <br />d. Leak detector test on the 91 tank: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the <br />device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br />e. Primary piping test: Soap test of all piping joints and penetrations (product, vapor <br />recovery and vent), and pressure testing — hydrostatically at 150% of design operating <br />pressure or pneumatically at 110% of operating pressure.
