Nobody answered the door. Left business card BAKER <br />at the door. Received call from David Holmes (510-830-9663) regarding <br />complaint. David Holmes said that he cooks out of Alameda County and does not <br />cook at home. He made food for a family members party and took it to them. <br />Workers at the apartment complex saw the food and bought a plate from him. <br />David came to the office on 12/13/22 and got the paperwork to get a catering <br />permit at a commercial kitchen.
