Spill contained. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Approximately 10 gallons of FR3 oil was released from a transformer into an underground vault. No storm drains or <br />waterways were impacted. Clean-up is complete and was conducted by Ancon. Vault was power washed and liquid removed <br />and collected with vacuum. Approximately 50 gallons of waste was generated from the clean-up. Alex Steele of PG&E <br />confirmed that clean-up of conduit leaving vault was addressed as well. <br />PG&E to provide SJC EHD with final disposal records for waste generated and hazardous waste determination information <br />within 30 days. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
