No permits for shop septic system. AFONSKAIA Called Richard and asked him about when he was planning on getting the septic permit from EHD. He said that it had fallen off his radar and he wanted a reminder of what needed to be done. I let him know that He would need to get a new septic permit pulled for the shop and that since it was installed without permit there will likely be a double fee. I told him that for the inspection ideally as much as possible would be uncovered without damaging the system. At least the tank and the beginning and end of the leach lines. Also let him know that the septic tank destruction permit he got will be expiring this september and it doesn't look like there has been an inspection yet. He asked what he needed to do because that MH was removed by the previous owner and he said it's just a field and they drive tractors over it all the time so there is likely nothing there anymore. I told him that ideally the portion where it was drawn on the map would be uncovered so we could verify there's nothing there anymore. He said he had a rough idea of where the MH used to be but it would be a guess to where the septic tank was. I told him that I would send him the parcel viewer maps of before and after the MH removal that he could try to use for reference but he should speak to the front counter when he is getting the permit for the shop issued about how he could meet the requirements for the septic tank destruction. Spoke with Cesar and gave him a heads up about the owner coming to get a permit and questions he might have about the destruction. Let him know that the double fee from S0081242 was supposed to be transferred to the shop permit when it was issued. Emailed Richard copies of NTA, SR0081110, and parcel maps. 08/05/2021 Saw that BP-1903747 was issued to add utlities to existing ag building. But still no AFONSKAIA septic permits have been pulled. Gave complaint to Aldara. 06/30/2022 Reviewed complaint, checked permits plus, envisions, no permits pulled out from SALINAS EHD for destruction and installation per Dana's comments. 01/12/2023 reviewed complaint, checked permits, permit pulled out and finalized on 9/2/22 SALINAS SR0085697 sloarpt Page 2 of 2
