A large amount of dog feces was not <br />observed in the area, nor was it observed through out the property. Ralph, tenant/ owner, stated he does his <br />best to clean up the area, but there are times when he is unable to. He stated he is disabled and he does not <br />have help <br />An updated was given to the complainant by leaving a voicemail on his phone. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br />Complaint abated.
