Contact the local fire department , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the <br /> San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and <br /> requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Provide written notification to ust(a sigov . org to arrange the following appointments ( a 48- hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments ) . <br /> a . 24- hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 14/ 15 UDC sump <br /> b . Since concrete will be broken near the 87 ( T4 ) , 91 (T- 5 ) , diesel (T- 1 ) , and diesel (T-6) , a <br /> secondary containment test must . be performed on the 87 (T-4 ) , 91 (T-5 ) , diesel (T- 1 ) , <br /> and diesel (T-6 ) once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer' s <br /> guidelines . <br /> c . If concrete will be broken near piping and/or sumps , a secondary containment test must <br /> be performed on the piping and/or sumps , once concrete is poured in accordance with <br /> the manufacturer' s guidelines . <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company ) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual by <br /> the State Water Board <br /> 1868 E .
