Contact the local fire department , the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District , and the San Joaquin County Community Development Department for any applicable permits and requirements . 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . 3 . Provide written notification to ustCc . sigov . org to arrange the following appointments ( a 48- hour notice is required for inspection appointments) . a . 24- hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the 14/ 15 UDC sump & T-2 diesel piping sump b . Since concrete will be broken near the 87 (T-4) , 91 (T- 5 ) , diesel (T- 1 ) , and diesel (T-6 ) , a secondary containment test must be performed on the 87 (T-4) , 91 (T- 5) , diesel (T- 1 ) , and diesel (T- 6 ) once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer' s guidelines . c . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following qualifications : a .
