Have exhaust hood filters <br />installed when exhaust hood is being used. Corrected on site. <br />Observed debris on bottom of 1 D Turbo Air freezer. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed leaking hot water at 3 comp sink faucet head when hot and cold water was shut off. Repair within 1 week. <br />Observed ice build up in walk-in freezer on ceiling, wall, and around door and on top and door of 1 D Turbo Air freezer. <br />Clean within 1 week and repair as necessary. <br />Observed inner metal sheet of 1 D reach-in freezer door near fryer was coming off and the door was not closing properly. <br />Repair freezer door within 1 week. <br />Observed damaged door gasket at 1 D Turbo Air freezer. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces. (114074 - 114075, 114081, 114119, 114121, 114161, 114178, 114179, 114083, 114185, 114185.2, 114185.5) <br /> #39 Thermometers Provided/Accurate/Easily Visible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The hamburger reach-in and 3 D reach-in under prep table did not have thermometers in the units. <br />Provide accurate thermometers within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An accurate easily readable metal probe thermometer suitable for measuring temperature of food shall be <br />available to the food handler. A thermometer +/- 2 #F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br />and high temperature warewashing machines. (114157, 114159) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: The toilet paper dispenser at the women's restroom large stall was empty, the toilet paper roll was on the <br />handrail. Provide toilet paper in dispenser today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
