I have reviewed the return to compliance information for Dameron Core Laboratory, 530 W Acacia St. Both violations are not resolved. Resolve violation 105 by filling out the "HW Emergency Information -SQG Contingency"form and posting it near the hazardous waste storage area(s). Resolve violation 712 by labelling the universal waste battery container with the words "universal waste—batteries".
