This and all other hazardous waste produced in this facility will be stored in <br /> metal containers and disposed of every two to three months. <br /> Violation#406-Empty hazardous waste or material container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br /> RThis violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> This particular container is actively used for recycling purposes i.e. aluminum cans, plastic <br /> bottles, etc., and not hazardous waste. The container has now been labeled accordingly. <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> /This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Most of this hazardous waste has been disposed of at San Joaquin County Facility 7850 <br /> R.A. Bridgeford St. Stockton, CA 95206 on 2/1/2023 and will dispose of the rest at our next <br /> appointment which is scheduled for 3/1/2023.
