In regards to the leak detector issue - I've been speaking with Damien Ware from Elite IV about the leak
detector problem, and it appears that he also contacted you. I was told that you saw Work Order 1170 (dated
5/21/21)while you were onsite. I searched through all of my work orders but couldn't find it. This work
order is not listed in Elite IV's system either. We must have the work order you're referring to in order to
proceed with the instructions you provided in your previous email. Do you have a copy of this Work Order
that you could send me or Elite IV?
Thanks,
Waleed
On Wed, Jan 18, 2023 at 9:20 AM Presto, Carol [EHD] <cpresto(&,siaov.org>wrote:
Hi Abed,
The attached work order is not for the leak detector or for#214 or#304.
The work order I'm looking for is for#304 on the 2022 UST Inspection Report for a dripping diesel
product pipe inside dispenser 7/8. The work order you attached is for inspecting"hanging hardware" at
dispenser 1/2. See the attached photos for the drip in dispenser 7/8. The first statement we received for
#304 was that you"have contacted technicians to look at the severity of the problem". The next statement
we received for#304 was "The issue is resolved. The techs looked at the problem and replaced the parts." I
have snippets below of the two return to compliances we received. The last return to compliance says that
parts were replaced. Please provide a work order that shows what parts in dispenser 7/8 were replaced.
9
