I still require the tracking records and treatment records that document the medical waste <br />flow chart. The treatment records and related documentation was to be retrieved for the two tracking <br />documents left onsite on Jan. 10, 2012 for pathological waste and pharmaceutical waste removed for <br />treatment. Karen made copies of those tracking records. As well, I am unsure if repackaging medical <br />waste at the Daniels facility releases Sutter from its Generator responsibilities specified in section 117975 <br />of the medical waste management act.
