The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for DIAMOND GAS AND FOOD MART as of August 30, 2023. Open violations from June 01, 2023 inspection Violation#106-Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan/site map. OBSERVATION:An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. The map list tanks as mid grade, premium and regular. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed: 1)monitoring panels; 2)in-tank liquid level probes(if used for leak detection); 3)devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4)devices monitoring product piping; 5)devices monitoring fill piping; 6) devices monitoring vent piping; 7)devices monitoring vapor recovery piping; 8)devices monitoring vent/transition sumps; 9)devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10)line leak detectors; and 11)devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation#107-Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents. OBSERVATION: Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 6/14/2022 and a test report was submitted on 2/10/2023, 235 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
